Fume Hood without Cupboard
Specifications :
Complete structure made of GI Steel powder coated with Exhaust Hood with/without Lockable shutters with work bench and having elegant look with Granite Top/Ceramic Tiles (Table Top Model)
The Fume Hood will be fully integrated with self exhaust arrangement, baffle at the top & back to regulate the flow of gas through centrifugal blower. The cabinet will be fitted with inline Centrifugal Blower, starter, fluorescent light, work bench, 2 Nos of 5/15 Amps. sockets and suitable ducting arrangement to exhaust fumes. Inner chamber will be lined with Teflon sheet for protection against corrosive fumes.
Shutter :
Fume Hood will be fitted with counter balanced sash operated with stainless steel cable, side sliding shutter. The shutter will be of 06 mm thick toughened glass sheet.
Working Chamber will consist of :
- One No. of Fluorescent Tube Light.
- Two Nos. of 5/15 Amp. Socket.
- Two Nos. of service valve for water connection and LPG gas nozzles.
- Working Table Top made of thick Jet Black Granite / Ceramic Tiles.
- Blower Unit (Standard Ducting System): It will consist of a exhaust Inline centrifugal Blower made out of P.P. designed to give high discharge.
- Ducting : Ducting will be made of 6” Dia PVC Pipe. 10 ft of Standard ducting is supplied with the equipment.
Power Supply :
The Fume cabinet will operate on AC 230 +/- 10 Volts, 50 Hz. Single Phase supply.
