Working Principle of Ultrasonic Humidifier :

• Metal Diaphragm vibrating at an Ultrasonic frequency creates water droplets in the form of cool fog.

Characteristics & Advantages :

• Diameter of the fog produced is 1-5 micro meter when compared to 3-25 micro meter of other humidifiers. Due to small size of droplets the Humidity is absorbed by the air quickly and evenly. When droplets size is bigger it can settle directly over the metal parts of machinery without proper dispersion in the air causing corrosion of parts.
• Cost of humidifying is as low as 0.05kw/kg/hr which is 1/10 to 1/15th of other humidifiers.
• This technology doesn’t need nozzles, Fog output can be directly from the PVC pipe thus no issues such as nozzle blockages etc.
